Lutheran Liturgy. (2013)

Jeremy spent his childhood attending a rural Lutheran church in northern Minnesota, singing these choruses and refrains week after week. As can be the case with repeated liturgy, there were seasons of his life when the words simply became rote. So he was inspired to recapture the life-giving quality of that liturgy, drawing out the deep-rooted truths within that he had come to appreciate. Jeremy’s intention in writing new melodies or adding verses was not to improve upon the old but to expand it further, revealing to us how applicable and relevant it still is for us today.

This album, released July 2013, is a project that Jeremy began years ago but was completed by his friends after his death.

Advent. (2011)

Christmas is not the whole story. It began before and continues after. It is a narrative that includes you and me, waiting and wondering too. Jeremy's hope was that by framing these familiar carols in the scope of that story, with original and unfamiliar songs before and after, the familiar will be made new again, and the experience of anticipation and arrival, and the hope for better things to come, would be yours again this Christmas. For the King has come, and the King is coming. Hallelujah.

My Portion & My Cup. (2005)

With the much-needed help of some of his closest friends (and the necessary blessing and good grace of his wife) Jeremy produced My Portion & My Cup. Twelve tracks of acoustic worship several songs his own and scripture passages being read over a variety of musical backdrops. The disc tells a part of the story God was telling with his life and has told with others, as the scripture passages were written by the likes of King David and the Apostle Paul, and some of the worship tunes were penned by worshippers elsewhere today. This album was dreamt, recorded, produced, and packaged all in just a few weeks’ time.

To Entertain. (2003)

Folk/Rock/Pop. Produced in the summer of 2003. It’s got lots. Journal entries, poems, Bible stories, prayers, and worship tunes. It’s sometimes folky, sometimes rock, sometimes something else. Entirely cohesive, nonetheless. Makes a good listen and communicates much truth in great variations of style. Entertaining in its own unique way.

Not So Complicated. (2003)

The lyrics for these songs were written during a time in Jeremy's life when much that had made sense to him suddenly didn’t. Life changed. Or maybe he did. These songs tell that story. Or at least a part of it. He recorded this album once in 1999, then again in 2002-03. This is partly due to the notion that art ought to be living and changing, but mostly because of the nagging inclination he had that he could probably do things just a little bit better had he the chance to do it again.

The Extras. (2000)

Folk. An intimate presentation of acoustic praise, worship, and prayer, much of which was tracked live at Custom Studios spring of 2000. Organic sounds across the board with hand-drums, guitars, piano, hammered dulcimer, flute, drums, viola, and bass. Good friends. Good Music.

Bigger Than Me. (1998)

Pop. Produced in part by Dave Roise, this 1998 project incorporates full studio production with sincere and thoughtful lyrics regarding the bigness of God and the reality of our relationship with Him. Explores God's HUGE love for us in Christ Jesus. Large variety of musical styles and flavor.
